Access to and use of hddmh.com (the "Site") is governed by these Terms. By using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not access the Site.

The Site is provided for general information about HDD Management & Holdings Limited ("HDD") and its advisory practice. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, nor does it constitute an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Use of the Site, or submission of an enquiry, does not in itself create an advisory or contractual relationship between you and HDD. Any engagement is established only through a written mandate signed by the firm.

The Site and its content, including text, identity, layout, imagery and editorial material, are the property of HDD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted or otherwise exploited without the firm's prior written consent, except for personal, non commercial reference.

• Submit information that infringes the rights of any third party or that you are not authorised to disclose.

Where the Site links to third party resources, those resources are provided for convenience only. HDD does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from access to or use of the Site, including reliance on any information presented.

Enquiries submitted through the Site are treated as confidential professional correspondence. Material handling of confidential information in an engagement is governed by the written mandate executed with the firm.

HDD may amend these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, save where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
